Thyrea is the woven outdoor pouffe designed by Centro Stile Maanta, our in-house style office in Italy. The weave brings together matte and reflective yarns: the sun moving across the sky is enough to shift its character. It sits beside seating and rugs as a footrest, extra seat or aperitivo surface.

Mildew- and stain-resistant: polypropylene fibre naturally repels water and dries quickly.
Two colours: Sabbia and Bosco, coordinated with the outdoor collection.
Matte and reflective yarns: the play of light shifts with the sun and brings the pouffe's surface to life at every hour of the day.
Removable: the cover unzips and is hand-washable.

Within the braid, matte yarns and yarns that catch the sun coexist, so the surface lights up and quiets down following the light of the day. Leaving it outdoors all year round, exposed to rain and frost, is a different matter: during prolonged wet spells and the colder months, cover it with a protective sheet or bring it under shelter, and always store it away only once it is thoroughly dry – a good habit in British gardens where the weather can be unpredictable.
